How do you ensure fragile items like ceramics and glassware don't break during transit?
We take extra care with our packaging. All fragile items are wrapped in multiple layers of premium bubble wrap and placed in corrugated boxes with fillers to ensure they reach your doorstep in perfect condition.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across the country. You can also choose from various prepaid options including Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and UPI for a faster checkout experience.
Are the kitchenware and dinnerware items microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic dinnerware and glassware are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver metallic detailing should be hand-washed and not used in the microwave. Please check the 'Product Details' section on each product page for specific care instructions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
